No, our products incorporate ingredients that have natural sun-protective properties, however, our products do not take the place of your regular dedicated sun protection remedies.

  • Once at the final stage of checkout you will be presented with the option to enter a valid discount code, upon entering the code click apply.

Can I change my delivery address? Show Item Content
  • Changes to shipping addresses are not permitted once an order has been processed.
  • If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address. 
  • We encourage you to double-check your shopping cart, delivery address and contact information before placing your order.

Delivery

I haven’t received an order confirmation, what should I do? Show Item Content
  • Please check your junk / spam folder.
  • Please review your order details through our website portal to ensure you have entered a valid email address. 
  • Reach out to support@toledebody.com at your earliest convenience if you believe you have provided any incorrect details.
How long does shipping take? Show Item Content
  • Delivery within Australia takes between 3-10 Business Days.
  • Delivery within New Zealand takes between 4-11 Business Days.
  • Delivery within USA and Canada takes between 10-20 Business Days.
  • Delivery within UK takes between 5-18 Business Days.
  • Please allow 14-30 business days for delivery outside of USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Driver thinks it’s unsafe to leave your parcel unattended at the premise? Show Item Content
  • You may need to pick up your delivered parcel from a collection point if the driver thinks it’s unsafe to leave your parcel unattended at the premise and there's an affiliated collection point nearby.
  • You have five business days to collect your parcel. After five business days, your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse. 
  • If this occurs and you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee.
  • If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the processing & return shipping costs. 
  • We are not held liable for parcels that have failed to be collected.

  • In order to address your request promptly please include; your order number, details of the issue and supporting imagery.

  • If you have received damaged or faulty  items, please reach out to support@toledebody.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Verification regarding your entitlement to replacement products will be undertaken and further instructions will be provided accordingly. 
  • In order to address your request promptly please include; your order number, details of the issue and supporting imagery.
My return request has been approved, how do I proceed? Show Item Content
  • All return instructions and responsibilities will be advised by our customer service team upon approval of your request.
  • We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
