  • We are proud to offer carbon-neutral shipping through Sendle for all deliveries across Australia, New Zealand and select international destinations.
  • Please note your items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after placing your order. 
  • Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Complimentary on all orders over $150 within Australia.
  • For metro areas, please allow 3-5 business days.
  • For rural areas, please allow 5-10 business days.

  • We will be shipping to select areas including New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe & Asia. Estimated shipping times:

    New Zealand 4-11 days
    US 10-20 days
    UK 5-18 days
    Canada 10-20 days
    Europe  5-20 days
    Rest of the world 14-30 days
     
  • Customs duties and taxes may apply. These duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

  • Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by Tolède Body is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment.
  • Tolède Body will use its best endeavours to meet any estimate delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
  • Tolède Body reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
Lost or unclaimed packages Show Item Content
  • Tolède Body accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages.
  • Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order. It is your responsibility to track the item via our website by clicking ‘Track my Order’. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order.
  • If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.
