Returns Policy
- Incorrect Order or Faulty Products: we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: we have a 90-day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with the results achieved with the products you have purchased. Please see the specific terms and conditions below regarding this return method.
Returns are only offered for:
- Orders containing incorrectly supplied products that do not match your order selection.
- Faulty or damaged products (not incl. packaging)
Return requests require verification and undergo an approval process.
Replacement items will be sent for:
- Orders missing products
To start a return, contact us at support@toledebody.com within 14 days of receiving your order & provide the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting imagery
Verification regarding your entitlement to a refund will be undertaken.
Once your return has been approved by customer care to ensure it meets the terms above, we will respond with details on how to return your item to us.
Please note that if your return request is approved, we recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as Tolède Body takes no responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Once the returned items arrive back at our warehouse, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Depending on your provider, refunds can take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
On orders where a customer qualified for a gift, Tolède Body standard return policies apply to the order and the customer must include the Gift in the return. The Gift must be unopened and in its original condition.
Tolède Body does not offer product exchanges.
Our goal at Tolède Body is to help you look and feel your absolute best, which is why we offer a 90-day, Satisfaction Guarantee when using our products for the first time . Our core focus is to help people improve their skin naturally so they can feel more confident and authentic. We understand our product may not be for everyone and if you don't experience improvements and benefits noted in our product descriptions, that’s ok.

How to qualify:
1. Complete the Tolède Body Skin Quiz and purchase the option/s recommended for you, based on your answers.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid if you purchase the recommended bundle, which will be displayed on screen at the end of the quiz. This ensures that you're using the most suitable Tolède Body skin care products for you to get the best results.
2. Take pictures twice a week to monitor your progress.
3. Evaluate your progress after a duration of 10 weeks and if there has been no improvement reach out to us via email support@toledebody.com.
Please keep in mind that this is a 'Satisfaction' Guarantee. Meaning, if after reviewing your individual situation our team feel you would require longer usage of our products, this is what we will recommend and encourage, to achieve the results you were looking for.
Our ingredients for each of our products are all listed clearly on each product page and it is your responsibility to read the ingredient list before you purchase. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have no known irritants, reactions, or allergies to the ingredients.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for symptoms of impaired skin barrier (dehydrated, mild breakouts and overall skin health). It does not apply to medical skin conditions.
If you meet the terms & conditions above and you want to opt for the Satisfaction Guarantee, then please follow the steps below:
Contact our friendly customer care support members at support@tolèdebody.com and supply us with:
- Your twice weekly time-stamped progress photos (this is required to move forward with the enquiry).
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Share all other skincare products, supplements, and medications (e.g Accutane, antibiotics) you are taking as these can have an impact on your skin results.
- On Orders where a customer qualified for a gift, Tolède Body standard return policies apply to the order and the customer must include the Gift in the return. The Gift must be unopened and in its original condition.
- Tolède Body does not offer product exchanges.
Once we receive your enquiry, one of our friendly support team will respond with their recommendations within 1-5 business days.
If returning stock, your are required to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.
All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Please note:
To claim the guarantee a person must have used Tolède Body products for a minimum of 10 weeks.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid on product listed benefits.
If you have purchased any of the recommended bundles and have not completed a minimum of 10 weeks use but request a refund unfortunately you will not qualify for the Guarantee. Similarly all products in bundle must be returned, any missing items refund will not be given.
We must receive your enquiry within 90 days of the date you receive your order.
The amount refunded will be less shipping.
All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.
Satisfaction Guarantee claims will only be valid on your first purchase with us. Repeat orders will not be refundable under the Tolède Body Satisfaction Guarantee policy.

The Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid if you don’t like the feeling, scent, colour, or texture of the products.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid for sensitivities or reactions. We include our full list of ingredients, the scent profile, inclusion of essential oils and texture on our website to allow customers to be fully informed with all important information prior to purchase. Different skin types and conditions may react differently to our products. We encourage customers to understand how their skin responds to different ingredients. We recommend trying one product at a time. We are very happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice.
When shopping with us you will receive greater protection and care than you will likely receive from other stores. For purchases made at retail outlets other than toledebody.com please refer to the returns policy of the retailer where the product was purchased. We are able to accept returns only for purchases made for our website. Returning Tolède Body products without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.
